Why did support.foremsoft.com change?
Forem Suite help resources were split across two domains. Bringing them to foremsuite.com/support puts the knowledge base, troubleshooter, app status and ticket tracking alongside the apps they document — one address to remember, one place to search.
Do my existing tickets still work?
Yes. Every open and closed ticket, reference number and email thread carried over unchanged. Look them up in the ticket tracker at foremsuite.com/support, or simply reply to your existing email thread as usual.
What about my bookmarks and saved links?
Old links to support.foremsoft.com — including deep links to individual articles — now land on this page. Please update your bookmarks to foremsuite.com/support so you go straight there.
Has the support email address changed?
No. support@foreminnovations.com is still the address for support requests, and it is monitored by the same team.
Is foremsoft.com going away entirely?
Only the support subdomain has moved. This announcement page stays up so anyone landing on an older link is pointed to the right place.
