How to clear your cache and cookies

We recommend clearing your cache and cookies if you are experiencing an error message or any other issue with a given page.

Google Chrome

Desktop

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. On the top right, click the three vertical dots.
3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
6. Click Clear data.

Android

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app.
2. At the top right, tap the three horizontal dots.
3. Tap History > Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Check the boxes next to Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
6. Tap Clear data.

iPhone & iPad

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app.
2. At the bottom, tap the three horizontal dots.
3. Tap History > Clear browsing data.
4. Make sure there’s a check mark next to Cookies, site data and Cached images and files.
5. Tap Clear browsing data.

Safari

Mac

1. Open Safari.
2. Choose Safari > Preferences on the toolbar at the top of your screen.
3. Click Privacy.
4. Select Manage Website Data.
5. Click Remove All.

iPhone & iPad

1. Go to your Settings app.
2. Tap Safari.
3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
